Founder and CEO

Kinene John Mutyaba, the founder and driving force behind PSM Charity, envisioned a world where no child or woman is left unattended. Inspired by the resilience of vulnerable communities, he established the organization to create sustainable solutions for those in need. His leadership ensures that PSM Charity continues to grow and make a significant impact.

Mr. Gaboine Anthony, 47, holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Makerere University and has 14 years of experience in engineering. He has been a Road Maintenance Engineer at the Uganda National Roads Authority since June 2016. He is married with three children and serves as a church elder.

Mr. Ochieng Emmanuel

The Organization is honored to have devoted volunteers answering God's call to serve and uplift underprivileged communities. Mr. Ochieng Emmanuel, 37, our Vice Chairman, is a Civil Engineer with a Higher Diploma from Kampala Polytechnic Mengo. Currently a Senior Site Clerk at Steelworks Ltd Bweyogerere, he previously worked as a site foreman in masonry at Complaint Construction Company.

Jocelynn Nansereko

Jocelynn Nansereko, born on August 8, 1979, in Kampala, Uganda, is an experienced administrative professional with a Bachelor's in Secretarial Studies from Makerere University. She has notably served as an Administration Manager at Shoprite Checkers Uganda Ltd and as a Category Manager at Carrefour Uganda. Fluent in English and Luganda, Jocelynn is also dedicated to community service and continual professional development.

Miss. Joan Comfort Balese

Joan Comfort Balese is a multifaceted Ugandan journalist, author, and speaker dedicated to empowering young people, particularly girls, to become future leaders. Through her brand, Joan Comfort Inspirations, she provides training in entrepreneurship, leadership, personal growth, and branding.

Eng. Simon Lawrence Sajja

37-year-old Sajja Simon Lawrence holds a National Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Busitema University. He has extensive experience in feed production, having worked at Ugachick Poultry Breeders, Makerere University's Nakyesasa Incubation Center, and SR Afrochicks. Currently, he is involved in agricultural machinery installation and training at HACALIAH ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

An experienced medic and church elder, this individual has served for over 12 years and holds diplomas and degrees in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Medical Education from renowned Ugandan institutions. Currently a postgraduate student in human physiology, he has worked at several national referral hospitals and lectured at higher education institutions. Additionally, he has co-authored scientific studies and is a married father of two daughters.

A graduate of Kyambogo University with a Diploma in Science Technology (Physics), and a Higher Diploma in Applied Physics.

Holds an MSc Degree (with Distinction) from Swansea University, UK, and several professional qualifications in Computer Science and Engineering.

Currently engaged in civil service with the Government of Uganda at Uganda National Meteorological Authority, under the Ministry of Water and Environment. Vast experience in management at senior levels in government holding several portfolios on committees.

An active and serving Church elder for over 30 years and holding many positions of responsibility in the Church and its institutions, to name a few,

Dr. Muwanga Emmanuel, a seasoned Ugandan medical professional, serves as the Director of Communications on the board of HOSA Medical Centre. With a background in medicine and a passion for effective communication, Dr. Muwanga plays a vital role in enhancing organizational visibility and fostering stakeholder relationships. Leveraging his expertise, he ensures that HOSA Medical Centre delivers timely, accurate, and relevant healthcare information to the community, ultimately empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

In his leadership role, Dr. Muwanga combines clinical knowledge with strategic vision to bridge the gap between healthcare providers and patients. Through innovative outreach efforts and educational campaigns, he continues to drive positive change and advance healthcare outcomes, embodying HOSA Medical Centre's commitment to excellence, compassion, and integrity in healthcare communication.
